District Vision-Mission

Manteca Unified School District, in partnership with our diverse communities, is dedicated to all students achieving their academic and personal potentials. We are committed to providing a safe environment where quality education establishes the foundation for life-long learning.

School Mission Statement

It is the mission of the diverse East Union High School community to provide a safe, student-centered environment in which all students will become self-managing, problem-solving individuals. Using a standards- based, data-driven curriculum, students are empowered to effectively communicate and use technology as they become healthy, responsible citizens and lifelong learners.

School Vision Statement

At East Union High School we seek to provide a safe and caring learning environment built on a foundation of character and integrity. We envision that students can maximize their potential in the acquisition of academic, technological, and vocational skills which involve problem solving, communication, critical thinking, and creativity. East Union will be a place where students can learn to value cultural diversity, community service, and develop an appreciation for lifelong learning. Through the efforts of the East Union students, parents, and staff, our youth will become self-managed, responsible adults who will make a positive contribution to society.

School Philosophy

The philosophy of the East Union High School community is that education is a cooperative venture among our diverse student body, school staff, parents, and community emphasizing academic standards, self-management, problem solving, communication, and the use of technology.
